I remember seeing a person killing them selfs in some sort of rituals. The people were tribals of course and canabals, too. The movie was in black and white and totally real from what I understood.

One guy disembowls himself in it, pretty crazy stuff. I would have to find it again .

I think I saw that also, but if its the same as what I saw it was definitely not real. It was from a metaphoric movie.
