charizard and blaistoise make a hard battle, but if Shy ( my imagination charizard ) do that moon thing taht he takes blaistoise to the air and start doing cool movements, then he drop him an he use that hiper attack to blaistoise to its head.

Blaistoise will be very confused to avoid it or to trow some water.

yes, water > fire, but charizard have 2 or 3 very good meele attacks too, and he can also learn speed and that tail attack
