Freshman Nightmares

Yeah we did the library books thing so they beeped as they got out. Also nuggeting was a personal favorite. For those who dont know, its taking everything in the bookbag out, turning it inside out and then put everything back in and zip it up. its classic. Ah i need to do that again...college kids may not care for it though heh.

my school celebrated the freshman. My history teacher/football coach referred to them as 'Meat". And the school generally referred to Frosh as Guppies. Heck we even had a game named after them called "Guppy Ball" which basically degenerated into hitting freshmen with Tether balls....

Know what's funny? It hasn't been a year since I graduated HS, and I've already come to look upon even seniors as little annoying POS's. Cos alot of seniors are still in a sophomore or junior like mentallity.

Happynoobing you are correct sir. I believe that would be due to the fact that people generally feel better about themselves when they exert force and dominance over others. Hell, so do most other animals. Look at Lions.

Well if your a freshman and you were to go in a Public bus bad luck a special selected group of Sophomores,Juniors,Seniors would randomly pick a freshman and you would get toppled over by 20 ppl, we called it g-force

but to lions, it's a matter of survivability, if they don't prey on weaker animals and eat them, the lions are gonna die. on the other hand, we are not relied on being mean to the freshmen to survive.

My school is like a family. Seniors are nice to freshman except on the day called "Odin's March" harhar My school is called Valhalla HS it was funny everyone was getting in trouble that day for throwing eggs and chairs, it was like a mosh pit I tell you.

lol who are you guys kidding i was a tiny freshman and while i avoided the penalties of "Freshman Friday" i think that was only because i was so insignificant nobody noticed me. I literaly remember people running past and ignoring me just to go beat up someone else...i was like wtf :shock:

hey i matter come pick on me too i count as an indivual....no one answered...its been like that for the last 4 years :banghead:

doesnt happen where i go, im at the countries best high school a public one but its better than all the private schools and some people say its one best high schools in the world.one fight you get stood down everyone competing for A class. we're the few schools in NZ that does CIE&NCEA but only idiots take NCEA

Stallowned I rekon they're just following the example set for them. They have to fit in. To fit in as a girl in HS you've got to be: 1) pretty, 2)skinny, 3)dress revealingly, and 4)act like a hoe.

At my school, during assemblies/rallies, the different classes have certain sections to sit in. The higher classes at the top.

It was rumored that Seniors used to throw condoms down at the Freshmen.

Picking of Freshmen is pretty weak though, because although many are annoying, I know other classes that act the same way (including Seniors). It's really just an excuse to pick on people who are significantly smaller and younger than you.
