Just read the forum rules, you cannot post illegal things. The programs themselves are not illegal, the way in which you use them are.

No but seriously, guys offtopic is being whored by ppl just adding to post count, generally people who don't give a flying f*k what the rules are.

This has been discussed before too, oh and to add like said before MastachiefX or w/e if you read the agreements when you dload these roms, it says it's perfectly legal if you own a copy of the game in question.

Had no idea what you said/ment. If your saying that i just post to up my post count, or dont give a "flying f*k", then idk what is wrong with you. I assumed, that he did not own both the ps1 and the games he will be playing.
