yes once your in negatives Fahrenheit has smaller numbers than Celsius, while it has bigger numbers while positive.

yes, with windchill it was around that cold for about 3-4 days in a row here, this is weather where you don't move much and watch a lot of TV

feels like -20

went out w/ shorts + thing pants.... freeze to death, feet still freezing after 1 hr
