it's still a mindless habit to go into my browser...type s..then left and enter, I've ingrained SRF into my mind but I do feel it slowly going away.

Re: SRF old timers
When I joined, I was living with my boyfriend, now my ex! I am now single and living on my own... I've even had a career change, from retail to a carer! I am 32, I joined the day after my 24 birthday I think.
one of the reasons why I split up with my ex, was partly to do with this place... But that's a completely different story!

I find myself doing this all the time.

My first account joined in February 2006. I had close to 1k posts on it when I joined Venus and switched to this account (So that ppl could know right away who I was both on venus and on SRF).

I'm an SRO Tavern old timer...That forum was much like this one but I jumped ship in 2008 to come here to SRF...SRO Tavern was dying and this place was buzzing with Silkroad players.....

What happened to the guy you were seeing semi-recently Iris? You two seemed happy ):
I still lurk sporadically, although I don't hold too much time for SRF any more.

I like this forum, a diverse enough pool with about the right number of people. Works for me.

The guy I was seeing during the summer? I ended it, as he was into stuff I didn't want to be associated with. I'm kinda seeing someone else now, but it's early days.

Re: SRF old timers
Even though not from 2006, I've been lurking around before 2008. I didn't find enough confidence in my English skills before that time, though, I suppose.
A day rarely goes by where I don't check Silkroadforums. It just feels so... safe around here.
