Sony xperia ftw, never had any issues with overheating, and if i did, i would drop it in icy water lol.

Water cooling has been used on cell phones since I could remember. Every time I've used it, it's farked up my phone... I've tried everything from running it under the sink to dropping it in a lake, while it does make it noticeably cooler, it does however brick the phone.
