Would be interesting to see a justice system that uses a team of experienced individuals dedicating their time and effort to finding and establishing facts and not being on anyone’s side.... Might be better than having two lawyers trying to out argue each other with semantics, twists and "spin" where it seems a lot of emphasis is placed on winning a court case rather than finding justice...

That's called investigators... The lawyers are more of a safe guard so someone doesn't get railroaded by the state.

You must get a lot of your justice system info from TV shows. Most court rooms are lucky enough to have a crew of writers.

The team of individuals I am thinking of does include investigators (thanks for pointing out the obvious) but I was thinking more than just investigators...much more....Said team may include state and private offcials...And you make light of my views as if I said it should be implemented...I simply said it would be interesting to see...
