Do you believe that a government that declares an area a war zone would not inform it's people to relocate or provide means to help them relocate?...You think they would leave the very people they are fighting for in the hot zones without a care?...Even if they did there would be plenty of people who are against the war who'd be willing to help move the old and sick...Even the warlike minded individuals who want to fight would help out before they head off to their dumb battle..

It may seem unrealistic but the fact of the matter is people inherently don't want to die or have the people they care for die so those who don't care for this war and again...those who do will help themselves and their sick and old love ones move out of arms way....Yes in a first strike attack when no one has prepared themselves to pack up and leave there will be casualties but I am speaking of a situation where war is about to start so there is no point in staying in the hot zones.....I don't see anything unrealistic about that....
