How did you afford it? Whats your job/income? How old are you and is it first time you are living alone? If it is, how is it compared with living with someone else?

Finally finished moving everything. I'll try to answer a couple.

I afford it by working. I'm an analyst for a financial company. I'm almost 23 and I've been living alone since 18-19ish. I've never had roommates so I can't compare what it's like, but living without my parents isn't that much different. My mom's nagging is still insufferable and she still doesn't let up.
