I have trouble finding candidates that fit my right leaning fiscal views and my left leaning social views. Can I get a farking fiscally responsible candidate that doesn't believe the Earth was built a couple weeks ago by a magical carpenter, that drugs are from Satan, and that Bible 101 / Retard design should be taught in every class!?

Fark me.
right leaning fiscal policy often comes at the expense of left leaning social policies.
Just learn to settle.

Stop wasting your time, your vote has no importance outside validating to some of your fellow slaves the presence of those in power.

Yeah, I realize this. At the moment fiscal policy is more important to me, with our econ in the shitter and all.
But then you have Bachmann who supports an amendment to US and/or state constitutions that bans same sex marriage and Perry who supports/supported a similar law. Feel like I'd be voting for some sort of oppressor. My mind is full of ****.

I'm a pragmatic classical liberal. That means: fiscal conservative, socially liberal, and willing to bend in light of new information. Meaning I am not an ideologue. I know how to compromise. Of the republicans I would rather have Ron Paul run against Obama. It has nothing to do with party alignment; it is all about the views of the individual and Ron Paul is currently as close to my viewpoint as it can get. Obama is a corporatist and so are most of the other candidates.
EDIT: If it's not Paul or Romney I'm voting Obama.

Rick Perry has some good points, but the making Abortion illegal is one thing I dont like from is view. Maybe if Abortion is more like "Can't be a returning customer for abortions; Must pass drug test; etc."
America still has such an enormous way to go compared to other first world countries, it's amazing how the US can be considered the #1 country in the world, but still have dimwitted views about abortion, gay marriage and social security.
