Yes, it's likely you can go to warner cable's main website and do some form of log-in to check internet usage, info about your plan and other things.

click myservices, create an account. For my ISP I needed to get a past bill which had my account number to confirm it was really me checking my own account.

WTF? Good for me who lives in Sweden :D And our 4G is only limited by 1 carrier :)
