Of course I dont support the brainwashing of people through emotional manipulation, but I dont think that the church movements sent this man out into the community on some sort of mission to convert all those non believers, for the bad at least.
Also, he was born without the limbs, which in my opinion would have made it harder to grow up. Not knowing, and not having the gift of functional arms and legs would be a mega confidence killer. I also dont doubt he didnt have the amount of money and luxuries that Hawking had when he lost his movement.

Faith can be something so special to someone like him, if you wanna bring a whole lot of negative into a thread about something, I at least, find incredible, then try not to demonise him.
