All these retarded religious extremists, and dictatorships.
I have a feeling Iran or North Korea will be involved.
No offense to Iranians, just very difficult with their (lack of) nuclear program.

a more serious answer would be that computational power will be pretty ridiculous and of course we'll see a lot of applications for it, I also think we'll begin to expand a lot more into the physical field, referring to researching materials for applications, alternative energy, etc ( if we haven't killed each other or engaged in a major war by then ).
