A few days before Christmas it looked like OP, it was chaotic on the roads (because people don't get winter equipment for their cars and drive 30km/h). A few days later it got warmer and all of sudden over a night the temperature went down to -32°C, then on the next day went back to +2°C. Right now it's about +10°C outside, no snow.

It's all because of the global warming and stuff. We'll never again have a lot of snow for the whole winter like years ago... ;<
