And you know him? Maybe this is news for you, but everything that happens in the US broadcasts on most of the national TV stations all around the world. And that movie was made by americans. You might wanna watch that movie before making such comments.

The guy who directed the film is basically a conspiracy theorist. He's one of those 9/11 truthers and New World Order nuts running around in tin foil hats waiting for the world to collapse around them. I would suggest you first research whos feeding you information before you digest it and start spewing it out as truth.
OT: Meh, I thought the award was a bit premature. I suppose he has changed the international political climate a bit but it's still way too early. Ceremony was pretty good. Fortunately, Rahm Emanuel talked him out of giving the "Suck it, Jesus" speech.

No i think reise's question is the right one to ask. The object is to find who has done the most to contribute to world peace. If anyone is going to say he doesn't deserve it the easiest way to do so would be to point out someone who has done more for the cause. Your question does more beating around the bush than Reises....

Well, you shouldn't take everything for granted. No matter who made that movie you can't say it's all lies just as I'm not saying it's all truth. It just makes you think a bit more and go beyond the "OH MY GOD OBAMA WILL SAVE US ALL" shit. I truly believe obama is just a pawn. But, all we can do is wait and see.

No one is saying Obama will save us all. We all know the politicians become harder and harder to trust the higher up they go. We all know that they really serve the corporations because the corporations are the ones with the money and money equals real power. That doesn't mean the President can't make a difference. Just like Bush lead an entire nation to a pointless war Obama could just as easily promote peace between foreign nations. The reasons behind that peace and ulterior motives, there could be a million of them. The only people who the Obama Deception would wake up are those who slept through the rest of history, then not only will it wake them up but it'll point them in the wrong direction. The movie should be called the Political deception but instead it focus fires its message onto an easy target in an effort to appeal to people dumbest side...

I agree with half the people here but not with xemnas (sorry). Ok so lets look at some math here.....He was elected January 24, the cutoff for the award was February 1 so about 7 or 8 days after he was elected he gets 205 nominations for a nobel peave prize.....talk about some freaking bullcrap
I understand if he does something but really 8 days of sitting in office and figureing out what to do with the USA isnt really anything worth a nobel peace prize......according to the norwegians (<---did i spell that right?) they are giving this award to Obama because of what he promised to do.....anybody can promise to do something but ahlf don't even deliver to a good standard. If you dislike Obama because of the highlighted areas above I got some news for you. It takes a really long, long time to correct something that has been extremely farked up by a previous retarded president. Things will only get worse before they get better and this was said many of times when he was elected for president. You can't blame the guy for having a large pile of shit that got shoved into his hands thanks to Bush. Give the man time before you judge him it may take a second term before you ever see change, but mark my words good things will come with time.

He is about to make a "deal" with Iran. Do you realise how important that is? If that fails it's almost sure that america will start digging those nuke's factories and starting yet another war. Afaik that deal hasn't been made yet but if he does it then he most certainly deserves that award.
