If you get a mail about doing something illegal I'd switch ISP immediately. I don't want an ISP that shares my information with 3rd parties like copyright organizations.

In the US you don't have much choice, the ISP doesn't really share the info. The Copyright organizations put little honey pots in files of some things and it tells them what it is, then they tell your ISP then your ISP sends you a warning, if it continues your internet will be turned off. Annoying but yeah, stay away from a certain site with iso in the name.

Actually, last year, my dad was downloading the audiobook of the 7th Harry Potter book and got a mail from our internet provider. They forwarded him an email that they got from J.K.Rowlings lawyer about copyright and they were asking our provider to shut us down immediately.

But from all the things that i've downloaded this has only happened once. I use piratebay and it's always got what i need be it games or music.

You can download mp3 and any stuff that you usually have to pay for. But you have to use it only for yourself. That means you're not selling them for money.

Nope, Heroes 4 is better. The skill effects are betters, game mechanic is better (attack same time, etc...)

The only good thing about Heroes 4 is that the heroes are actually part of the fight

As TheKnight said,I wonder if I could get Heroes V from pirate(even though I doubt it be better than the 3rd)

If you play it for a long time, you'd know that the fact the heroes participate in the combat change the whole end-result. With a godlike weapon and armor, one hero could kickass 100 arch-angels easily. And heroes got passive, once he dies, other units lost moral and passive boost too. In Hero 3, the attack and defense of units stay the same from begin to end of the combat.
unit total att = unit att + hero att
unit total def = unit def + hero def

Torrents are not illegal...if they try to catch you for something you can always argue freedom of speech because that is what it basically is.

if utorrent:
options -> preferences -> bandwith.
just change it form the standard 0 to 1 kb. 0 means unlimited in this case, since it's forbidden in p2p programs to not contribute.
