Just want to share it

As you probably saw I talk about I learned new stuff, about astral travelling, yesterday. So this is how it went last night. I applied the method a guy in other forum. It begans when I wake up (my soul, it actually left the body ). So as soon as I went out of my bed, I began to sink :O (one of the signs of an astral travel). As I sank, I fell into another dimension. My surround was a darkness, the only light I saw come from small things like when you look at the stars in the night. So for a moment, I just assumed it was stars. That was a quite good feeling that i'm sure i never feel it before. Well, there is not much I can do in that environment, I just let my body relaxed. For a moment it was floating, and next it continued to sink.

And then for a reason, I was dragged back to my body . But it's not a total return. For a moment, I feel my body paralized (call it sleep paralyze), I can't move my hands or legs nor speaking. The only thing I can do is to breath. As I breath in, I feel myself become more and more "alive".

That's it. When I'm alive, I could moving my hands normally
