1: I'd load up my paintball gun and stair camp. If I shot them in the eyes or nose they would be dioriented or blinded. Then I would grab the bat and knock them down the stairs if the hadn't fallen down them already.

2: I'd go out on to my roof and get a description of their car or their license plate number then call the police after they left.

3: Grab the phone, go on to the roof and do what I did in 2.

Plus, an alarm would be going off so I doubt they stick around.
