Yea withdrawing is kinda stupid and saying that Howard dont have the right to say anything is rude he is an ally and he help by sending troops so how can he not have a word? Very funny indeed after seeing that i'm starting to wonder about Obama. 1 you never withdraw unless a. you getting ur ass stomp or b. u crushed the enemy totally. By withdrawing the troops Iraq may try to attack here and ppl die on our land we started the war so we finished it not run away. Another thing how can u give up an Ally like that telling him to mind his business one day you might need his assistance but u killed the connected.lol thats a funny video

Yeah, I totally loved Obama until I saw this video. I don't know why it changed my mind so drastically, but it did. The him telling Australia to send in 20,000 more troops was hilarious. Especially considering our army is something (iirc) like 50,000 strong. Although we may not have the numbers nor funding of the USA, we're still one of USA's greatest allies (allies which in recent years have been on the decline, wonder why :roll:

). Our help to the US in Vietnam war, although USA and her allies lost, was the greatest of most of Americas allies. Jungle Warfare was one of our expertise.

Well, I'll write more tomorrow must finish my resume.

i do have to admit that there is a massive amount of people in the US who are wimps. Also, if you do live in Cali, you're in the worst of them. I mean, Berkely got mad cuz the Marines had a recruiting station. The rest of America has its fair share, but you're seeing the most liberal of the country. Dont base your observation on the people around you. I know theres also a hell of a lot of people who hate the direction our contry is going (mainly the whole "political correctness" bit) but there is still a bunch of Americans who arent wimps.

What i meant by the politically correct issue was that it is beginning to ruin freedom of speech. If we were truly moving ahead it would not matter what color our president is or if every race is represented in an advertisement. Also, we are so worried about being fair that we are paranoid that anything we say must not offend anyone. I am definately not rascist, but i also do not worry that everything i say may be taken the wrong way. Never the less, there are people that will file a lawsuit over every little thing (hot coffee) and i do consider that wimpy.

I pointed out Berkley as an instance where the people are getting wimpy. Yes, Cali is diverse, and yes it is one of the forward thinking areas of the United States, and i do not have a problem with that. It was just the first thing that popped into my head because they called the Marines contract killers and said that, by putting in a recruiting station, they were being invaded and compared themselves to Baghdad. I'm not a war fanatic, but i really dislike people who disrespect the armed forces, as i come from a military family. That's my only problem with Berkley.

what exactly are you not saying here. Also stop referring to Berkeley like everyone there was protesting. The protest was led by an outside organization who used the very liberal advantage of the city as a stage for their anti-war statements. There was support for and against the protest from the towns people. Here the ironic part, in response to the protest and the city councils decision to defend them, legislators cut funds to Berkeley. If thats not stomping all over freedom of speech than i don't know what is, you're allowed to protest but if you protest against us you're gonna pay? Thats so american....

The whole reason this was blown completely out of proportion is because ppl like you heard "Someones protesting the military? Well then that whole city must hate America and our troops!" So in the end an entire city as well as one of the most prestigious(in terms of academics not politics) universities in the country suffered because some group made an anti-war protest that came down on the shoulders of everyone around them....

gotta love that classic american mob attitude...no thought, just actions...

Sucks to be in North Korea.

People get shot by police in the US all the time. All they need is something to happen so it looks like their life was threatened. And that can be something as simple as driving toward them in a car, regardless of your intention. One guy trying to get away from police was shot 6 times for something like that.
