trucks are used by a fair amount of people because americans are do it theirselfers, what i mean is they usually go to a warehouse or some sort and buy all the supplies they need to do whatever, lumber, Sheetrock, siding, shingles whatever they need. to do that they need a truck to haul all that stuff to their house, cant fit all that in a smart car >_>

Yea but those are for transporting equipment purposes. But those SUV Ascalayt? sp? Or those big Ford, Hummer and DODGE truck that they drive around in big rims. How can a thread like this even be allowed? It will just lead to flaming, because everyone thinks they are awesome, and thinks the other person is poor example of a human being. When someone sees one picture of a person, they will start to think that most if not all people of that country/area/or any group is like that. If someone meets someone on silkroad, and he is a complete douche, most likely you will start to make assumptions of other people like him. Its like people who watch those videos of "stupid americans", and yet they are either acting, or the interviewer only chooses the most idiotic people. Its all fake people. Given, you will have stupid Americans, fat Americans, high ego Americans, and truck loving Americans. But hey, you cant generalize a whole country on one person you have seen. I personally find it amusing when people say these things, only because they cant think out side of the box. It doesn't matter, majority of the people of the people on these forums are under the age of 18, and haven't experience the rest of the world. This goes for any type of stereotype, not just the stereotype of Americans.
