what about upload a bugged torrent, unsuspecting torrent users connects to such torrent, a whole of IPs can then be easily recorded for further legal actions [microsoft did a similar approach to knock a whole bunch of pirated xps off the market]

unless you play by their rules, i am sure you will get nailed, just a question of sooner or later
