At the end of the previous episode, it actually says end of arancar arc

in the manga it showed him losing the last of his powers and rukia disappearing so thats the last episode in the arc afaik

I thought the same thing. It never showed Rukia leaving.

The chapters have been covering less and less story lately. So the anime has been able to get really close to where the manga storyline is.

I read all the manga so far, but its boring waiting for new ones so i just end up watching the anime

Read One Piece from Chapter 1-Present or Watch the Anime from 1-Present. There is no dull moment in One Piece, unlike the other 2.

Bleach ---> Most boring of the 3. Inconsistent story. Only manga I know that 1 chapter = few words/lines.

Naruto ---> It was good from the start but got boring and boring as time passes. Its so Emo, and so many flashbacks(especially in anime, where 1 flasback is shown in many different episdoes)

One Piece ---> Simply the best if you understand the story/situations.

Unfortunately any anime that is successful does start to rerun flashback scenes in order to fill more time, forcefully create more episodes, and thus create interest among fans. I was never a fan of Bleach, it was too much Yu Yu Hakusho from the start. I agree on the Naruto end, it has become a bit flat, but the latest chapters haven't been bad at all. They seem to be steering away from the emo Twilight garbage and are using that plot element to put the story back on track. And One Piece was pretty damn, good, I do agree.
