yes, well certainly in england if your over 5 you can drink or smoke indoors with the permition of the owner + parents

But seriosly reading this damn thread made me throw up in my mouth a little. Ive never met so many people who are so anti underage drinking in my life, not even my mom and dads 50 year old fat friends.

I'm not anti-underage drinking, but when I look at it this way:

-you can vote at 18
-you can be drafted or join the military at 18(especially this one)
-you can legally sign a contract at 18

among other things, I fail to see the logic behind it(the legal drinking age being 21.)

Nevertheless, blackchocobo did not make a wise decision(you all can debate about what that decision was), and he suffered the consequences. That's the way life goes.
