Hmm well. Im quite fond of this, so i won't give away to much.
But ive used Rocketdock for the dock, and Rainmeter.

And for the Mac visual style, icons and wallpaper, you can find it in Deviant Art customization section.

Oh yeah and here is my wallpaper for my Laptop. Not nearly as good as my desktop though.
