Theres a guy that has translated the game except quests and NPC dialogue. You still see what to do in the quest but cant read the explenation. Its a pack of files that you download and the you replace files after the game has updated with the ones you have downloaded.

Just a good login name and a random password will do, and please share the rest of the details with me, can't do it myself since I run a heavily modified version of windows, that has a load of shit gone, in other words no japanese characters for me, making it impossible for me to create an account myself.
