That's 7D, 6D is the lvl 42 bow that looks like a bent totem pole.

We all know you can block arrows with pretty much anything, I mean, look at all those chinese fighting movies/dramas

Power of the crossbow is constant, power of a bow depends on the pulling of the string. Technically, someone using a bow could shoot better if they are strong enough to pull a high strung bow far back.
