Hahahaha,
Nah, sometimes you get a real soft one, but they still taste good. You pop 'em open and eat just like regular, but they're not as crunchy and have a better taste. You should definitely try if you haven't had one. Most people think they'd be terrible but end up liking them. It's a southern thing in the U.S. They have stands all over the south along side roads. Usually they also sell other stuff like fruit etc. Those are the best, but if you can't get to a stand, these that I've mentioned in the above post are good options

I think I'll think about it when I'm done thingking about picking Japan or US for a High School year abroad...

I was reading about the peanuts up there and I randomly thought "Hey, beef jerky kicks ass" so one of my favorite snacks is also beef jerky.
