does anybody plays F.E.A.R. here

i just finished Perseus Mandate and i have to say that its one of the best games ever

i still like half life 2 more,but those effects on fear are amazing

Completed First one havent completed 2nd Expansion it got a little "To" Scarey For my liking lol

this is "F.E.A.R. 2" (perseus mandate) from 2007,excellent game realy

its like a good book,you cant stop playing...it took me only 2 days to pass it

that isnt F.E.A.R 2, project origin is.

Monolith productions (the people that made F.E.A.R and the first expansion) moved to a new publishing company but their old publishing company (vivendi) owns the name F.E.A.R. Monolith owns all the content but not the name. Now that they are no longer with vivendi they cant use the name anymore so they had to make a new name. But project origin is actually F.E.A.R 2

I played the first one and it was a mad game..the effects at the time were top notch. Didn't get around to playing perseus mandate cos i read a lot of bad reviews on it and couldn't be bothered to d/l it..

I played and Finished F.E.A.R 1. I must say one of the most enjoyable FPS ive played.. N yes, it was scary. It was one of the first games i tried on my comp, when it was new, since it was graphic demanding, and i wanted to put this puppy through it's paces. Well. Dual screen, and dark, night time, it got scary... But i recomend, and its fun.

Thing that pissed me off, is when a friend came over he wanted to play also, but he started a new campaign, and it erased my old one. i was SOO pissed, but meh. Just meant i got to see and shoot at killer psycho girl more

I'll be on the lookout for F.E.A.R 2, i didn't even know twas out. Meh, maybe just hasnt hit this part of the world yet.

I haven't played the expansions but I might buy Fear 2. Monolith have been masters of scary games since way back with Blood 1.

Aaaaaah God I LOVE FEAR.

That game really has a place in my heart.

I've completed it like a million times :oops:

Extraction Point was also good, but it was so short, I finished it in just one evening :S

Im still saving up to buy a new VGAcard, I havn't had the chance to play the second expansion because my VGAcard broke

As soon as I have the new card the first thing I'll will will be the new FEAR epansion for sure.

yeah i actually beat that game 2-3 times, if you like that one some more old school games you might like are Painkiller (this one's messed up) and im guessing you have probly played DOOM 3

Doom 3 was good for a few hours but then got too repetitive with using the same monsters and tactics to try and scare you.
