Hmm.. maybe try configuration screen --> design and themes (or something similar, my XP isn't English) --> folder options --> Second tab from the left --> Restore all folders or something

If that doesn't work I wouldn't know how to get it back :(

didnt work....

but then i got pissed that it didnt worked and press random buttons really hard on the keyboard and it went back....i will never understand how this solved it but atleast i got it back :D

Click the little square icon on the far right hand corner. You might want to close all the other programs running before you do it by hitting ctrl+alt+del and ending task on all the other BS.

When you maximize a screen you enable its menus and bars.
