she doesnt have a big tongue its just the little thingy between your tongue and your lower jaw that keeps it together, some kids can't stick out their tongue thus they have that cut away which makes you able to stick it out really far.

as far as i know that thing is meant to keep you from swallowing you own tounge. i could be wrong but i suppose that that's it's meaning.

yup thats right but its partially cut so you can stick out your tongue.

#1 reason (doctors actually say that) they do it, is because you woulnd't be able to get down on woman properly.
