Wait, why and how is this illegal?
The object isn't living or alive, so i fail to see how it could be classed as rape. He was doing it in the privacy of his own hotel room, so its not as of he was being charged for indecent exposure. The 2 women walked in on him, meaning they are the ones at fault not him.
Lets take a few examples here. If i brought a flesh light *a sexual toy for men used to replicate sex*, would it be illegal for me to use it? No it wouldn't. My intended purpose for the device is to ejaculate via its help and i am simply doing so.
Now lets take a dildo as another example. A female can legally use a dildo to relieve herself. The purpose of the sex toy is to do so, and if someone uses it then it can not be illegal.
Now, the same should apply for a bike. If someone uses it for the purpose in which they brought it, a sex toy, then it should be legal for them to do so.
Now this only leads me to one thing, theres more to the story that we are missing.
