What exactly is a chargeback?

Hey guys, a few months ago, my wow account got a chargeback block. I called the customer service of blizzard and they said it means my bank reversed the payment so they basically took it back. They said i should go visit my bank and ask them why they did it. So im thinking before i go to my local bank, can they even give me information about it? And if so, for what god damn reason did they charge it back? O-o. Ty.

Thats why i used to use prepaid, much less hassle. SO yer.. just call them.

We don't know why your bank charged back... just phone them and ask them and then ask to re-do the transaction, then contact Blizzard and you should be fine.

They could only tell me that blizzard didn't even pay it back so meh. Calling blizzard again..
