sometimes they deserve it but i think its getting a bit out of hand....in Philly crime is increasing year after year and the cops keep getting crazier and crazy....i remember reading a story where they burst into a house and shot an unarmed man like 50x..only it was the wrong house and the guy was innocent ¬_¬
