For those who tried it out before and you could only get to level 20 and then you had to buy the game.. Those days are over! This game is deep and very fun. You play 3 toons at one time. Im lv 38 and im still having a great time. Here are some pics.. I took my 2nd day playing and two from tonight.
I know it sounds hard having to control 3 toons at one time. Its really easy. For the most part your toons will do everything for you. Heal tank or even nuke. They will not pick up items, and if your afk you can be killed by a PvP'er. There is also a non PvP server you can pick from if your not into that type of thing.
As for the looks.. just check out the screen shots.
I love afk'ers... I get close to there camp with out KS'ing and watch for good items to drop.. Sooo far tonight...
2 swords
1 Robe
1 Lord
2 BP's
Hehe... but afking gets harder as you get more into the game. Also if there is a spot I want... I have been known to train that spot hehe.. Price you pay for going afk.
played it the day it went Pobt ( pre open beta if i remember correctly )
got to lvl 40 and i was like bleh not really my type of game, and the thought of it going to be p2p.it was cool as long as it lasted,
i might pick up the game agin if its still free
I played the beta of GE, got the chars up to lvl 60, but when I heard that it was going to be P2P I quit immediently before I got really addicted.
Heard about SotNW and dl'ed it yesterday, but the client messed up. Dl'ing again atm. :3
Heard there's one channel now, but I'll see how it is. Could still be fun, and I really loved the game. Definitely worth a try IMO.

I find the controlling a bit awkward. I just failed on the first try of that clearing of the mining area because my characters didn't stick together for some reason. I must have missed some control. Somehow it worked on the second try.

Just installed it and started playing, now I realised how much I missed playing this game. I seriously LOVE the graphics <333333

The style of the game is really not bad. And for some reasons the game runs better on my machine than SRO, despite it's better graphics. Makes me wonder where the folks at Joymax screwed up.
Im not sure about the voices. I started playing in the last month or so. As to playing 3 toons at once? Its kind of like playing one toon but with a whole alot of ops when killing.
Nothing like sending in your tank then getting 15 mobs attacking at once then using the Wizard and AE'ing the whole mess dead

Ok there is a GREEN button on the far left bottem. Click that and you will see 3 green dots pop up. That means your group will move together and attack as one. If your using a tank in your group, the tank will attack what ever gets near it.. but that also means it will sometimes keep working its way away from the rest. I have died due to this a few times.
As to the forum........ None that I know of.... Wink Wink!! Might be a good time to start one!

I'll have a look at that green thingy the next time I play.
In any case, thanks for posting the news about it going free to play here. I had a look at the game some months ago and even registered but canceled the download because it was slow on the one hand and I figured the game wouldn't run that good on my Thinkpad on the other hand. Now I'm pleasantly supprised.

Its all free now. LOL but I paid 8.95 last week! LOL
Downloading is going to be a bit spotty right now. Due to everyone slamming the servers. yea im pretty sure the low level zones are going to be lagged bad
Give it some time and im sure as people get passed the bottle neck and levels start getting more mixed, it should clear up.

Dl'ing went fine for me. First try was yesterday and the file got corrupted. Tried again this morning with Filefront, 7 pieces-dl, which went fine.
The low level zones aren't laggy for me. Sure there are other people but it's not totally crammed. :3

The torrent works pretty good, took me around two hours to get the file which isn't too bad. So this might a the way to go if someone has a problem with a corrupted normal download.
