1st. Xbox is only popular in the US and Canada, PS3 is globally
2nd. Ps3 has the lowest ever failure rate in a console, while the xbox has a 33.33%, why hell you even see threads in SRF about peoples xbox's dying
3rd. Ps3 will never be single over heated by a gamer,it has advanced cooling gel. it wont be over heated if you play for a month STRAIGHT, would an xbox do that?

Why some people prefer Xbox, well i say some people prefer Xbox is because its cheaper, it has a better range of games, and its good im multimedia...

1st. OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE XBOX HAS BEEN OUT OF 2 YEARS!
Thats why it has a better range of games, why its cheaper? Well again the fact that its been out for 2 years and plus i got MY ps3 for just $50 more than the xbox,PS3 will reach its price cuts, and it has better multi-media
all I can say I admit that microsoft is known for its multi-media features, BUT the ps3 is being patched every 2 weeks, were getting there, see if I just rant on a better system like Alienware, just because its more expensive thats just stupid, look up the facts, you cant just say "Xbox is verry good. PS3 is an oversized, overpriced blueray player." Dont be so ignorant...
