Pokemon

I still have a little folder of all my shinies xD haha.

I remember my first few, they got stolen at school

I had 9 shinies one of them being a blastoise I think another of them was an alakazam. That was a sad day

A few years ago I looked em up on ebay to see if they were worth selling, but they sell for less than 5c a holographic card, so there was no point >_>

lol i think its only really popular in japan....still Nintendo have made more
then enough money from Pokemon.

and unless the Wii was to suddenly stop selling or something....i dont think
there will be another pokemon crazy

Know how you feel i had almost 300 cards...then my blastoise card poffed in the air with another 50 cards stolen at school, but anyways found the stealer punched him badly broke his noise....Detension for 3 weeks

If it wasnt for my principal i would have probably still had all my Yu Gi Oh/Pokemon/Digimon/Wasteoftimemon cards. These are the words he said that made me realized "wtf am i doing", "Why are you guys fighting over pieces of paper with tin foil on them?" Thats what he said after i stole some guys yu gi oh cards afterschool LOL, ahh back in the day

Pokemon. I have all the series up until Ruby and I'm soooo proud for being a Pokemon addict. Omg I remember bringing my gameboy to school and I link-cabled my friend in the washroom cuz there were teachers watching everywhere.

I remember all the lil boys getting jealous of me cuz I was already a hardcore gamer by then. I raised my babies so high and had soo many shiny Pokemon card. Good old days :cry:

Pokemon was the pwnz0red when I was a little kid... I exploited the glitch on cinnibar island to get the "Missingno" pokemon or whatever he was called.

Everyone in middle school had pokemon cards, and I had a binder full of holographic ones. I'm sure it's still up in my attic somewhere

that only counts for gold, silver, crystal, diamond, pearl, ruby, sapphire, leaf green, fire red, and emerald.

red, blue, yellow, and green dont have ev's implemeted.
ev = effort value/point

What people don't know that behind the childish "gotta catch em all" theme is really a strategic game where it's separates the newbs from the people who actually play the meta game (Most people don't even know about IVs and EVs and proper movesets. Not the stupid cut/flamethrower/ember/fly charizard).

BTW: Play shoddybattle instead of netbattle. DP metagame > RSE metagame.

Used to play my Red version all the time. On my big bulky Original Gameboy too. I dont even wanna know how long I spent playin that game over and over. And when I was in Greece, maybe 3 years ago, my cousin was playing the newer ones. And they were the same damn game. Different version so i guess a couple new pokemon, but the same damn map, i knew where everything was.

And for the card game I had them and never played it really. I remember this one kid we would call the Bum, because one time a garbage truck pulled up and stopped at a stop sign near the school, when it pulled away he appeared standing on the sidewalk. so we assumed it gave him a ride and called him the Bum. but yea, when he wasnt beating kids 6 years younger then him in basketball at the park he would carry a binder around of those cards and beat them in pokemon. he once got all excited that he found this binder of cards layin around, which im sure he really stole, and was all freakin out.
