i got off runescape by doing the following. DELETE YOUR MEMBER SHIP. NEVER GO ON THE CRAP GAME AGAIN!
if you think you were addicted, i used to play 5+ hours a day after school, that was only about 2 hours doin other stuff (shower food ect)
i just got off it straight away. i was level 103. gave everything to my friend, and level 103 with 64M in 8 months is fast. no botting.
