dance; parents put me to it when I was 3 years-old, am 19 now. started off with dance recitals and moved onto teaching toddlers and keeping it as a serious hobby. ballet is my "specialty".

well, teaching is a bit of a stretch. we're more like babysitters most of the time. there's 3 of us for a group of 11 toddlers, age range is 3-4 years-old.

play games like copy cat, or follow the leader. simple steps, like twirls. dolls or stuffed animals to keep their attention and keep them happy. and when it's time for the recital, the 3 of us stand in front of the stage and dance around and hope the babes copy us. haha.

I honestly think the parents do it for the adorable costumes and free copies of the entire recital.

Since when does only having two years of coaching make someone "skilled?"

i never said you have to be coached to be skilled, i said coached because normally that means its not a one day two day thing, but rather a more serious one. 2yr plus of your self means your pretty serious about it.

I'd have a whistle. And, when i'd blow it, they'd line up. Sort of like in the sound of music.
