okay this is going to sound cheesy but seeing as how I have a few friends who have physical medical conditions that have shortened their lives, including my finance, id have to go with the healing ability in the force series.

I can't chose just one, but if it had to be just one, it would be the zombie girls flying abilities, but they'd have to be enhanced so that I could fly like they do on Dragon Ball Z

If not that, then ghost walk shadow level 2 (22 meters).

If not that, then either heaven chain or flame wave wide.
