Well, "Techno" is a term used for alot of electronic genres, even ones that don't fit it. Anyways, I often listen to streams like this:
http://listen.to.techno4ever.net/dsl/mp3 (Winamp)
They mainly play Hands Up (mainstream mixture of hardstyle and dance) and some Trance, but since the name fits what you asked for, have a try ;D
They also have a tracklist on their page http://www.t4e.dj [ http://www.techno4ever.net/t4e/trackliste.html ]

I'll kill two birds with one Bill Laswell:
Bill Laswell Hardcore Techno: Chaos Face: Doom Ride. "A never-ending sonic nightmare possessed with harsh and brutal rhythms. Some of the most frightening sounds ever on disc appear here."
Bill Laswell Ambient/Dub/Trance: Divination Ambient Dub Vol. 2: Dead Slow. "An excursion into ambient music and dub...bass engine music for opiate dreams."
Some crazy-ass Bill Laswell weirdness:

Google "cornandbeans"
He is some young-gun who makes some awsome techno.
His newgrounds spot is where I listen to all his music.

This kid makes the best techno I've ever listened to.
Other then the sparta madness remix.
That is the best in the whole world, at least the music video is.

I can't use Youtube here...
Tidy Boys
Paul Van Dyk
Jon 00 Flemming
Jonobir
Matt Darrey
Ferry Corsten
Lee Haslam
Lisa Lashes + Anne Savage(Tidy Girls heh heh...one of them was, and she's hot, was caught with ecstacy...I wanna bone her so bad...a music making E popping cutie?...wow...)
These artists all make a shit load of excellent electronica to take you on your electrikal adventures.
I know of a few more good ones but I can never think of all at once...it's like trying to list all of the games you own off of the top of your head haha...
BTW most if not all of these artists actually MAKE their music...'artists', or should I say DJ's, like DJ Doboy merely put together and mix around the work of artists like The Tidy Boys and Paul Van Dyk.
Ever heard 'I can feel the beat' by Doboy? Paul Van dyk made that music, and Doboy changes it up or at least takes the gist of the song and remixes it, calling it his own.
Alot of these popular DJ's around today don't even make their own material.
