I don't get it.. 9/10 times I talk to someone who isn't dutch in dutch he says:
"I don't speak German"..

don't speak either and can tell the difference very easily. I find german looks alot more rough, dutch looks more "french".

There was a language before Dutch and German
They're both 'dialects' from the same language called 'Diets'
But they look totally different
Dutch:
"Ik ben TwelveEleven, ik ben 17 jaar oud en een jonge"
German:
"Ich bin TwelveEleven, ich bin 17 jahre alt und ein Jung"
