That's cool. It's just the people that claim to be "straight edge' because they don't either lol. Thats the most hilarious thing I've heard this week.

To Rizla...but i dont see why u should think all sXe people are pricks i know people who are great and im not like an ass to everyone i see and im basically edge cept for i dont claim it.....and yea i dont think they were truly edge because edge is kinda about taking negative stuff outa your life and lol yea alot of straight edge people from around were i live often get hell angry at concerts if people come stoned or drunk ect....besides i dont see whats wrong with having better things to do in life than f**k your mind and body.....

But they never do it or is only when they are kids/young age ?

If they are on young age they can wait to have sex ..and drink some alcohol is no matter if they do , they have hole life left to do it .

yea some edge kids take it to far imo i dont like some people dont even use like pain killers if they have like migrain or what ever i thinks thats stupid because how can you be in control of you life if ur half dead from disease and u wont take n e thing for it

but i did drink but now i dont because seein how messed up people are from drugs......lol edhe kids do wrong stuff if you meen like wrong as in fighting and stuff because edge kids always have insane fights they are crazy! well here they are i seen some one get fly kick with both feet in the head from some random straight edge guy who jumped of the stage....the guy was out cold....then that guy droped like 4 others because some one hit his mate then the had like a huge fight lol and security didnt even do anything............but im not sure why i told u that story im bored so i just started to talk about random sutf....

I lol'd at all the people who said how lame straight edge is. How about you create some values for yourself? Besides playing silkroad at least 10 hours a week. Psh, you should actually say that to someone who is straight edge's face. They would pretty much kick your ass. Anyways, no I am not straight edge. Some kids that are, are idiots, but I know a lot of cool kids and older people who are straight edge. I don't understand how people can say stuff about something they know nothing about. Lol

From what Ive seen sXe can talk the talk when it comes to being tough, but when it comes to execution fail miserably. I would have no qualms with saying anything to their face and I have....you say it like we should quiver, like these people are something different from you and I, theyre not, and they fall just as hard. I know from experience.

What's lame about "straight edge" is that they feel they need to declare themselves part of a special group, not because they have values. Which in my book, makes them lame for setting themselves above others.

Other people have values too, and they don't feel the need to run outside and form a new clique because of it. But hey, whatever gets you through the day I guess.

It probably helps people gain values when they want to be a part of the group and it strengthens them when they are in the group. Like I said, I am not straight edge. It has veered from those values though, so I guess I shouldn't be saying anything.

Yeah, I am sure that 99% of the people on tobacco quit lines and who talk about how much hell they went through when they were smokers were completely oblivious to what they were saying. Yup especially all those cops who tell you that drugs cause cancer. Yeah I'm sure you dont know what you are talking about 99% of the time, because you are high on drugs. Think about it. kthx

Your heart is in the right place, but you come off like an ignorant fool. We all know smoking causes cancer, nobody is refuting that statement. Quit grasping for something so easy to argue and come to the realization that the above poster was talking about real drugs, psychoactives/hallucinogens/marijuana, etc. All the more proof that you are no authority on the subject and shouldnt be speaking on it further.

Your an ignorant idiot. I'm not a straight edge. I'm not close. But I still know the "facts". Your the typical idiot that thinks crack heads and meth heads are the same catagory as occasional weed smokers. I've smoked weed countless times, but never smoked a cigarette. And did you know that 60% of people who got lung cancer never smoked a cig? Yea, think about it.

He never stated the type of drug. To me cigarettes are drugs. I don't know but those are still drugs. Drugs alter the mind or body, it is a known fact. They stimulate things that aren't suppose to be stimulated. I don't want to go into the debate on whether drugs are a good thing or a bad thing. I just think that people who don't use them know that they are bad.
