Yeah thats bad enough, imagine having to finish other people's work because someone bit their head off. Now that is some pressure.
If you get one I suggest you go back a month or so later to get it 'touched up'. Most places will do so at no charge (but tipping is a good idea). Mine bled out a bit and I wanted to make sure it was dark and completely filled in (there were some small spots that were missed).
Keep in mind that a decent sized one is going to take at least an hour, if its large or complicated it may take upwards of 4 (or more). You will get fatigued as will the artist and it will hurt the entire time.
Be prepared for that and for health reasons go to a reputable place with disposable needles and an autoclave. You don't want Hepatitis or AIDS from it.
