Do what I do.

Take an ice cube (if you have a fridge in your office) and stick it under your armpit. You're good to go for at least 20 mins.

Monday and Tuesday were normal,

Wednesday the weather was so bad that everything closed
Thursday I took off and headed to buffalo and watched a hockey game - did stuff
Friday (today) shopping (bought some nice stuff!) drove back
Saturday + Sunday off....

So basically i've had a 2 day week, 5 day weekend!
