If it dosnt work then one of two things went wrong

1. Your computer sucks and you need to upgrade from windows 3.1
2. You did it wrong

More likley to be 2 to be honest

For the higest chance of success just paste it in the address bar of this page (not a new tab/new window) hit enter and scroll to the top of the page

EDIT: works better if you go to google images, search for something and then do it.
