Yeah pretty much you can't overclock with stock but then again there isn't a real need to do so.

You can, just not very much. I think I read somewhere that the 3570k's cooler can handle up to 3.8 - 4ghz before struggling to keep the processor cool. I didn't care to try so I just bought myself a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and sit comfortably at 4.5ghz with my temp at 29C idle.

Just found out I'm going to be getting paid for pretty much three 5 hour shifts for just one 5 hour shift.

Exchanged the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 for a MSI Z77A-GD65 (The MSI board is fucking beautiful)

As for water coolers, after using one, I don't think I can ever go back to air coolers
