its not feasible to the extent you are thinking of i dont think.
firstly you have to be going very fast to really feel the effect of time moving slow enough to make up years (or travel for a long time)

also the faster we get, the hotter we will get. we would have to advance enough to prevent the heat just melting our faces off before we even begin our journey.

also we dont know the effects on our body at going such speeds... what happens to US if we travel close to light speed?

its a good idea but i dont think it is good enough to think about utilizing.

oh one more thing... the speed build up would take a very long time if we are just using gravity as a slingshot and not aiming at a black hole.
