A good proxy software?

I need a proxy program that can redirect all my programs not only the browser.

I remember I used one when i was playing tSro. That's the kind of proxy software i want.
All that i find only redirects for my browser.

Search youtube for Tor and proxy firewall tutorial.

Otherwise, you got to search in the internet for a website that frequently updates the proxy list.
