So lately ive been feeling a little down and get pissed really fast. It might be cause i dont sleep very much maybe 15 hours of sleep a week? some changes have been that i got a girl i like and we've been through some stuff but it all worked out now... but i still get really emotional(sad,depressed,pissed,alone) and its always random.
i start thinking about life and everything grrrr idk what to do!

Trust isue's are always bad and really can break your heart and mind if you let them take over all you can do its trust her hope she doesn't betray your trust. And if she does you know its alteast not your fault you trusted her. If you keep going with being "Paranoid about her" it will do the relation ship and you! more harm then good! Settle your mind don't overthink stuff and get more rest and relax!
Until you realize for yourself what are the motivational factors that will make you change your current lifestyle or something forces a change there is nothing anyone says here that can help you except to give you a verbal pat on the back (unless this what you want at the moment). It's all up to you.

Lol your teen angst and pseudo-depressive mood causes you to lose sleep. Sleep loss causes you to become more easily agitated and "sad,depressed,pissed,alone." And the cycle goes on.

But seriously, start sleeping. I sleep between 60-70 hours a week on average and if I'm really tired I sleep in on the weekends, too. You should do the same. Sleep sleep sleep.
last 2 days i had off work finally! i usually work 6 days a week
but ya i slept from 12am till 10 and ive felt really nice i woke up energized so i guess it was the sleep cause the gf thing hasnt been bothering me at all...

Since we are here, any tips to get fully 8 hours? No matter how I try, no matter what I do, no matter what time I do sleep, I keep waking up 8-9am, in a total of 6-7 hours, waking up not fully rejuvenated... am I missing something?

If your waking up at the same time and your getting the same amount of sleep, logic indicates that your going to bed at the same time each night. So, simply, go to bed earlier. Do more during the day, go for a run, wear yourself out and 30 minutes before bed, turn off the computer and do something that isn't very stimulating. Listen to some very mellow music, read etc etc. It will put your mind in a better state of rest.
